- SHILPARGHYA JALKHURA
- Shilparghya Jalkhura is a non-profitable, non political voluntary, social and cultural organisation registered under West Bengal Societies Registration Act. It was established on 4th December, 1996 by a group of philanthropists who were working in the fields of basic health, education, environmental protection, rural development, women empowerment and human rights. Shilparghya Jalkhura works among rural, tribal and destitute people, women, children, handicapped people and poor villagers. The thrust areas of the organisation are on uplift of the indigenous people with particular focus on women and children.
